This series of cold bending machine is the most suitable equipment to bend tube for shipyard. It is the first time brings up and builds mathematical model of bend's quality which is influenced by bending radius and bending speed. We researched the strain stress and residual stress which will influence the bend quality while bending; researched cold bend craftwork of bended tuber for shipyard and key technology of control system for heavy tube bender for shipyard; researched tooling’s structure, material and key technology of combined tooling. We independent research and develop cold bending tooling to ensure and improve the quality of tube. Big diameter tube auto feeding and angle rotating function, feeding and drawing bending linkage control while bending and 0% ovality cold bend tube could be achieved in our machine. What’s more, the ovality, wall thickness reduction and wave amplitude have reach world’s leading level. Max. cold bend machine has the capability to bend tube Φ325x25mm which is one of world’s biggest and most ideal equipment in shipbuilding industrial.
